Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking an experienced senior leader to oversee global clinical programs, coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver milestones on schedule, quality, and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines, and proven abilities in resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication across international studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science/health-related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in clinical research with project management and line management experience.
• Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development process.

Responsibilities

• Direct, manage and ensure collaboration within a team of Project Directors and Project Managers in planning, execution and governance of projects/portfolios globally.
• Provide leadership and oversight on all clinical programs; manage activities in some cases.
• Interact with study sponsors as primary point of escalation beyond project management.
