Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Director of Project Management to lead cross-functional teams in planning, execution, and governance of global clinical study projects. You will partner with study sponsors and internal teams to ensure quality, scope, cost, and schedule objectives are met.

The role requires a strong background in clinical research, GCP/ICH, and strategic planning, with leadership experience across multiple programs. Travel domestically and internationally is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science/health field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in clinical research with project management and line management experience.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH and the clinical development process.
• Proficient with MS Office and project management software.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Direct and govern global project teams of Project Directors and Managers.
• Provide leadership and oversight of clinical programs.
• Escalate issues with study sponsors.
• Optimize profitability and manage resources toward budgets.
• Mentor and manage performance of project leadership staff.
• Support business development, proposals, and budgeting.
