Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science or health field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in clinical research with project management and leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development process.
• Experience with MS Office and MS Project.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage collaboration within Project Directors/Managers for planning and governance.
• Provide leadership and oversight on clinical programs.
• Interact with study sponsors as primary escalation point.
• Optimize profitability of the PM organization to meet budget targets.
• Manage resources to meet cost, time, quality goals.
• Coach and develop project leadership talent.
• Identify and mitigate scope, risk, and budget impacts.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in business development, proposals and budgeting.
• Monitor program interdependencies to achieve milestones.
• Measure KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor team with performance reviews.
