Job summary

Graebel Companies, Inc. is seeking a Rental Consultant to support Mobility Operations (Domestic and International). This full-time, remote role handles a high-volume caseload of transferees, coordinates relocation services across the U.S.

and Canada, and ensures accurate expense management in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office and Outlook, and a Bachelor’s degree or related relocation experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; related relocation/real estate experience considered.
• Experience in relocation or real estate is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of transferees and audit expense reports and ancillary services.
• Coordinate relocation services within the U.S. and Canada.
• Assist with IRS rules and relocation regulations knowledge.
• Counsel transferees on expense management.
• Build relationships with third-party service providers and internal teams.
• Update company systems with transferee move information.
• Support other duties as required.
