Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of Relocation and/or Real Estate experience required.
• Strongly preferred experience with home sale, reviewing BMA's, marketing, inspections, appraisals and equity funding.
• Proven track record of providing superior customer service.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of coordination relocation services to transferees.
• Perform 'needs assessment' for each relocating employee.
• Manage communication with the corporate client on transferee issues and policy administration.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Coordinate home sale and purchase closing dates.
• Ensure compliance with IRS guidelines.
• Assist other mobility advisors and attend team meetings.
