Job summary

• Native or bilingual English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote global hotel portfolio to drive new RFP opportunities and group bookings.
• Identify and develop MICE opportunities within assigned territories.
• Build relationships with 3rd party clients, hotel partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Support contract negotiations and sales follow-up.
• Generate leads and report in Salesforce/MARS.
• Coordinate hospitality-focused events, roadshows, site inspections, and VIP experiences.
• Track ROI, attendance, and opportunities generated.
