Job summary

Genesys Cloud Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning & Enablement to lead a global team and translate business priorities into scalable capability-building solutions. You will shape learning strategy, drive performance consulting, and partner across HR and enterprise initiatives to accelerate adoption and impact.

The role is remote in the U.S. with requirements for early-morning meetings to coordinate with EMEA and APAC.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Learning and Development or related fields.
• 2+ years of direct people-management experience, leading distributed teams.
• Experience translating strategy into scalable enablement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of learning & enablement partners and instructional designers.
• Translate priorities into clear goals, resources, and delivery expectations.
• Oversee capability-building programs and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Define enterprise-wide learning principles, standards, and measures of effectiveness.
• Partner with leaders to identify audience strategy, adoption barriers, and design solutions.
