Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning & Enablement to lead a global team and translate business priorities into scalable learning solutions. You will drive capability-building, partner across functions, and shape strategic enablement programs to accelerate adoption and performance.

You will design learning strategies, oversee transformation initiatives, and measure impact, leveraging AI-enabled tools and leading platforms to deliver outcomes across a distributed organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Learning and Development or related field.
• 2+ years of direct people-management experience, ideally leading geographically dispersed learning professionals.
• Experience leading complex learning and enablement initiatives in a global, matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated experience translating business strategies and transformation priorities into practical, scalable capability-building solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of learning & enablement partners, learning specialists, and instructional designers.
• Translate business priorities into clear team goals, resource plans, and delivery expectations.
• Define and implement enterprise learning strategy, standards, and measures of effectiveness.
• Oversee enablement for enterprise transformation initiatives in partnership with HR and business leaders.
