You will own how organizations adopt, expand and realize measurable value from the Genesys platform, partnering with senior leaders to align strategy, outcomes and value across complex accounts.

The role blends sales, services and customer success, shaping AI-enabled journeys that improve loyalty, efficiency and digital engagement at scale.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years in SaaS or cloud sales with a focus on Professional Services.
• Proven success selling complex services solutions in enterprise settings.
• Track record of owning and closing services-driven revenue in large accounts.
• Experience supporting cloud transformation, migration and modernization.
• Background in CCaaS or customer experience platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Professional Services revenue strategy for an enterprise portfolio.
• Build a high-quality services pipeline to accelerate deal velocity and adoption.
• Lead multi-solution engagements across consulting, implementation, migration, and optimization.
• Design proposals quantifying impact across AI-enabled CX, automation, analytics and orchestration.
• Align services strategy with account plans, milestones, and customer success objectives.
• Influence deal structures and negotiate agreements maximizing customer value and retention.
• Guide customers through AI-enabled transformation journeys improving efficiency and digital performance.
• Ensure delivery aligns with services sold to achieve outcomes and satisfaction.
• Expand services footprint within accounts by identifying opportunities for AI enablement.
• Strengthen executive relationships to drive retention and platform expansion.
• Maintain expertise in AI-enabled CX trends and emerging technologies.
