Megaport is seeking a hands-on in-house counsel to provide broad legal support across the group, including negotiating master agreements, training the global sales team, and drafting policies. The role partners with the Chief Legal Officer and regional teams to drive compliant, commercially minded decisions.

The candidate should have 2–4 years of tech contract experience, active bar licensure, and strong negotiation skills. Remote-first with global collaboration across time zones is expected.

• 2–4 years experience in contract review and negotiation of technology agreements and business-related legal assistance.

Mansioni

• Provide general legal advice on a variety of areas to support the Group’s daily business activities, including sales and supplier agreement review and negotiation, corporate obligations, employee related matters, and regulatory and legal compliance matters.
• Assist with the resolution of disputes that arise from time to time.
• Support legal operations initiatives and special projects as directed by the Chief Legal Officer and Senior Legal Counsel.
• Review advertising and promotional material including Megaport’s websites, online publications and campaign materials.
• Review new legislation and regulatory changes and communicate potential impact to the business.
