Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Compliance & Audit Manager for HR Systems to lead governance, documentation, and testing of controls across global HR platforms. You will partner with Cybersecurity, Legal, Data Privacy, Payroll, and Information Security to safeguard data, ensure retention, and support enterprise audits.

You will oversee audit planning, fieldwork, and remediation, drive automation with Kainos SmartAudit, and coordinate with ISO, SOC 1, and divisional audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required;6+ years of experience in lieu of degree considered.
• 8+ years of professional work experience in compliance, audit, risk management, internal controls, governance.
• 3+ years of audit methodologies, regulatory compliance and control frameworks.
• 3+ years of supporting internal/external audits, including testing, evidence collection and remediation.
• 3+ years of analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills to assess control effectiveness.

• Document, map, and assess internal controls and business processes for audit readiness.
