Stryker is seeking a Compliance & Audit Manager to oversee the HR Systems portfolio on a global scale, finalizing and managing compliance processes that test the effectiveness of key controls.

You will lead audit planning, fieldwork, reporting, and remediation, partnering with Cybersecurity, Legal, Global Data Privacy, Payroll, and Information Security to safeguard employee data and support enterprise audit requirements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree required; in lieu of degree, 6 years of work experience accepted.
• 8+ years of professional work experience.
• 5+ years in compliance, audit, risk management, governance or related disciplines.
• 3+ years with audit methodologies, regulatory compliance and internal control frameworks.
• 3+ years supporting audits with testing, evidence collection, remediation, and reporting.
• 3+ years of strong analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage compliance and audit processes across Stryker's HR Systems portfolio.
• Oversee audit planning, fieldwork, reporting, remediation, and CAPA activities.
• Document controls, map processes, and assess control effectiveness.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, Legal, Data Privacy, Payroll, and Information Security teams.
• Lead HR Systems compliance programs ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal requirements.
• Drive adoption and improvements of the Kainos SmartAudit platform.
• Oversee user access governance, data retention, and data lifecycle management.
• Monitor system integrity through audits, data quality reviews, and security investigations.
