Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Compliance & Audit Manager within the Global HR Systems team to oversee global compliance controls across HR platforms. You will manage audit planning, testing, remediation, and reporting, partnering with Cybersecurity, Legal, and Data Privacy to safeguard employee data and enforce data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, otherwise 6 years of experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of professional experience in relevant fields.
• 5+ years in compliance, audit, risk management, governance, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years with audit methodologies, regulatory requirements, and internal control frameworks.
• 3+ years supporting internal and external audits, including testing and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Systems compliance, audit, and governance programs.
• Document and assess internal controls for audit readiness.
• Identify and mitigate compliance and process risks; advise leadership.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, IT, and Cybersecurity on audits and data protection.
• Manage audit testing, findings remediation, and CAPA investigations.
• Drive adoption of Kainos SmartAudit for automation and scalability.
• Oversee audits including ISO, SOC 1, and divisional requirements.
• Produce compliance reporting and audit metrics.
