Stryker is seeking a Global HR Systems Compliance & Audit Manager to oversee compliance controls, testing, and governance for the HR technology stack, including Workday and UKG. The role collaborates with Cybersecurity, Legal, Data Privacy, Payroll, and Information Security to safeguard data and ensure audit readiness.

The position drives audit readiness, manages CAPA activities, and expands the Kainos SmartAudit platform across the organization. Travel is around 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years professional experience.
• 5+ years in compliance, audit or risk management.
• 3+ years in audit methodologies and regulatory compliance.
• 3+ years supporting audits, testing, evidence collection.
• 3+ years analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage compliance programs across HR Systems.
• Finalize and manage compliance and audit processes.
• Oversee audit planning, fieldwork, reporting and remediation.
• Document controls and testing methods.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, Legal, Data Privacy, Payroll, and Info Security.
• Lead audit execution, CAPA investigations, and remediation tracking.
• Drive adoption of Kainos SmartAudit platform.
• Oversee HR Systems support for internal and external audits.
• Produce and maintain compliance reporting and audit metrics.
• Oversee user access governance and data lifecycle management.
• Monitor system integrity through audits across HR platforms (Workday, UKG, SOLIX, Abraxas, preboarding, etc.).
