Job summary

Immigrant Invest in the United States is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our remote, full-time B2C sales team. You will guide international clients through consultations, present citizenship and residency by investment options, and close contracts with initial payments.

You will build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, manage a robust sales pipeline, handle objections, and collaborate with Legal and Client Relations to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably high-value or complex cycles.
• Strong sales & negotiation skills with a track record of closing.
• Ability to build trust and manage client relationships throughout the sales process.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-cultural engagement abilities.
• Proficient with CRM systems to manage pipelines and client records.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Sales Process: conduct consultations, identify needs, present solutions, and guide to contract signing and initial payment.
• Provide Tailored Solutions: advise on citizenship and residency by investment programs fitting client goals.
• Build Client Relationships: establish trust with high-net-worth individuals and families for a personalized client experience.
• Drive Sales Performance: manage leads, maintain a pipeline, follow up with prospects, and hit individual targets.
• Handle Objections & Negotiation: address concerns, demonstrate value, and close opportunities.
• Manage CRM & Reporting: keep accurate client records, update opportunities, track progress.
• Coordinate Contracts & Documentation: prepare contracts and gather initial client documents, coordinating with internal teams.
• Collaborate Across Departments: work with Legal, Client Relations and others for smooth communications.
