Job summary

Immigrant Invest, a global firm specializing in citizenship and residency by investment, seeks a Sales Manager for its B2C segment. This remote role focuses on guiding international clients from consultation to contract, using consultative selling to close high-value deals and drive company growth.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in B2C sales, strong negotiation, and fluency in English and Russian. You will work with Legal and Client Relations to ensure a seamless client journey and robust CRM

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably involving high-value products or services.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals and track progress in a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Sales Process: Consultations with prospective clients, identify needs, present solutions, and guide through to contract signing and initial payment.
• Provide Tailored Solutions: Recommend citizenship and residency programs based on client objectives and relocation plans.
• Build Client Relationships: Establish trust with high-net-worth individuals and families for a personalized client experience.
• Drive Sales Performance: Manage leads, maintain a sales pipeline, follow up, and hit individual targets.
• Handle Objections & Negotiate: Address concerns and close opportunities.
• Manage CRM & Reporting: Keep accurate records, update opportunities, and track progress.
• Coordinate Contracts & Documentation: Prepare contracts and collect client documentation.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Work with Legal and Client Relations for a seamless experience.
