Job summary

Immigrant Invest is actively seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing B2C Sales team. This remote role will involve guiding international clients through the sales journey from initial consultation to contract signing and payment, delivering tailored citizenship and residency by investment solutions.

You will build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, manage a robust sales pipeline, and collaborate across Legal and Client Relations to ensure a seamless client experience

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably with high-value products or services.
• Strong sales techniques including objection handling, negotiation, and closing strategies.
• Fluent English and Russian, both written and spoken.
• Experience with CRM systems to manage pipelines and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process: consultations, needs identification, solution presentation, contract signing and initial payment.
• Provide tailored solutions based on clients' investment objectives and relocation plans.
• Build client relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families, ensuring a personalized experience.
• Drive sales performance: manage leads, maintain pipeline, follow up, and hit individual targets.
• Handle objections and negotiation to convert opportunities into sales.
• Manage CRM entries, document interactions, and track pipeline progress.
• Coordinate contracts and required documentation with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Legal, Client Relations and others to ensure clear communication and smooth processes.
