Job summary

Coupa is seeking a dynamic and highly analytical Revenue Strategy & Readiness Director to serve as the critical architect of our global go-to-market engine.

Reporting directly to the Global VP of Revenue Strategy & Planning, you will own the integrity and operationalization of our core quota, roster, and territory infrastructure—the single source of truth relied upon by HR, FP&A, Sales Leadership, and the Board.

Qualifications

• Experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, FP&A, or GTM systems in B2B SaaS.
• Has run an annual territory/quota-setting cycle.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; BI tooling familiarity.
• Ability to partner with IT and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Govern the end-to-end GTM infrastructure and annual planning cycles.
• Fully own Global Sales Roster and Quota Allocation Model as sources of truth.
• Maintain headcount, territory mapping, and bookings forecasting; monthly FP&A reporting.
• Lead design of account pools, territory allocation, and quota methodology across RevOps, HR, Finance.
• Partner with IT to translate GTM requirements into system configurations; ad-hoc territory analyses.
• Support GTM strategy during M&A activities.
