Job summary

Coupa is seeking a dynamic Revenue Strategy & Readiness Director to serve as the architect of our global go-to-market engine. Reporting to the Global VP of Revenue Strategy & Planning, you will own the integrity of quota, roster, and territory infrastructure—the single source of truth used by HR, FP&A, Sales leadership, and the Board.

This remote role shifts with the business cycle as you lead planning, then drive execution and SFDC governance.

Qualifications

• Critical thinking: this is a design role, not just execution.
• 5-8 years of RevOps, Sales Ops, FP&A, or GTM Systems in B2B SaaS.
• Has personally run an annual territory/quota-setting cycle.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; Sigma/Tableau/SQL highly preferred.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building/improving process without a playbook.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management with IT, FP&A, HR, and Sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Govern Coupa's GTM infrastructure end-to-end and drive annual planning cycles.
• Own Global Sales Roster (GSR) and Quota Allocation Model (QAM) as the source of truth.
• Lead account pool design, territory allocation, and quota methodology across RevOps, HR, Finance.
• Partner with IT to translate GTM requirements into system configurations and provide GTM analytics.
