Omnicell is seeking an Event Operations Manager to drive planning, coordination, and execution of our global events portfolio. The role requires partnering across Global Events, Field Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing to deliver flawless experiences while ensuring compliance and scalability.

The position emphasizes on-site leadership, virtual/hybrid event support, and the ability to manage complex logistics, timelines, and vendor relationships in a fast-paced healthcare technology

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
3+ years of experience in event operations, event marketing, or experiential marketing.
Proven experience managing logistics for in-person and/or hybrid events.
Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end event logistics for assigned programs, from planning to onsite execution and post-event closeout.
Coordinate registration processes, attendee communications, speaker logistics, shipping and freight, A/V requirements, signage, and branded materials.
Monitor event budgets, process purchase requests, manage invoices, and support budget reconciliation.
