Job summary

Access in Dallas is seeking an Events Manager to lead strategic and hands-on event delivery, collaborating with Sales and Creative teams to wow clients. You’ll own budgets, manage vendors, and oversee client experiences from concept to close.

The role emphasizes end-to-end program management, contract negotiation, staffing, and ensuring operational excellence, with opportunities to upsell services and measure KPI performance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience managing multiple clients and programs.
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing events.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and team-oriented.
• Strong organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational solutions to clients, seeking improvements and efficiencies.
• Manage all vendors required for a program.
• Own the Statement of Work, deposits, and final invoicing.
• Direct event staff during the event and prep them beforehand.
• Upsell services to improve the client experience.
• Own the budget with a goal of gross profit targets.
• Coordinate with hotel staff and DMC for seamless partnership.
• Maintain Salesforce data for ASOs and vendors; ensure vetted vendors.
• Ensure KPIs and key results are met.
