Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead digital outreach strategies to drive engagement, satisfaction, and retention for ~2,000 pharmacy clients.
• Analyze customer behavior and usage data to optimize journeys and touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Support, and Onboarding to align messaging and resolve escalations.
• Develop scalable digital engagement campaigns including e-commerce and digital sales initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs such as NPS, adoption, and retention to inform strategy.
