Job summary

Omnicell is seeking a Director of Site Reliability Operations to lead our global, 24x7 cloud production environment. You will drive automation, incident response, and governance while partnering with Engineering, Security, Product, and Support to ensure reliable service delivery at scale.

You will mentor leaders, build a high-performing global team, and shape an operational culture focused on continuous improvement, AI-assisted operations, and customer excellence across a hybrid/remote model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years in cloud/production operations or related disciplines.
• 7+ years leadership of managers and teams.
• Experience leading 24x7 global production operations.
• Strong executive communication and crisis leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a global Site Reliability Operations team.
• Oversee 24x7 production operations and incident management.
• Drive operational governance, runbooks, and playbooks.
• Lead major incident management and executive communications.
• Champion automation, AI-driven operations, and runbooks.
• Foster partnerships across engineering, security, product, and support.
• Set KPIs, dashboards, and continuous improvement programs.
• Prepare for production readiness of new services.
