Job summary

Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is seeking a Global Sales Director for a Travel SaaS client to own the enterprise sales function. You will win new business, expand strategic relationships with large national and multinational companies, and personally close high-value agreements.

You will work remotely with roughly 25% travel, shape go-to-market strategy, and partner with marketing, product, and client teams to forecast revenue and drive growth.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years selling to enterprise B2B customers.
• A minimum of 4 years in corporate travel services or an adjacent industry.
• Proven results landing and growing Fortune 1000 relationships.
• A history of closing deals worth $1M or more.
• Familiarity with corporate travel, payments, expense management, events, or fintech.
• Credibility with C-suite buyers and strong negotiation skills.
• Experience coaching and managing sales talent.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape and carry out the strategy for growing enterprise revenue.
• Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of large, strategic target accounts.
• Own major deals end to end, from the first conversation through signed contract.
• Establish and deepen executive-level relationships with prospects and current clients.
• Negotiate complex commercial terms.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and client-facing teams.
• Give leadership reliable pipeline and revenue forecasts.
• Serve as the company's face with key clients and at industry events.
