Job summary
Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Global Sales Director for Travel SaaS. This senior leader will own the enterprise sales function, shape the go-to-market strategy, and personally close high-value agreements with major organizations. The role is remote with about 25% travel.
You will build executive relationships, drive sustained revenue, and partner with marketing, product, and client teams to scale enterprise outcomes.
Qualifications
- Enterprise B2B sales experience with large organizations.
- Proven track record closing deals worth $1M+ with Fortune 1000 accounts.
- Strong credibility with C-suite buyers and negotiation skills.
- Experience coaching and mentoring sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Shape and execute strategy to grow enterprise revenue.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of large strategic target accounts.
- Own major deals end to end from initial conversation to signed contract.
- Develop executive-level relationships with prospects and clients.
- Negotiate complex commercial terms.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and client-facing teams.
- Provide leadership with reliable pipeline and revenue forecasts.
- Represent the company with clients and at industry events.
