Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Senior Director of Government & Multilateral Affairs. Remote in the United States with up to 20% travel, you will shape global education policy engagement, build coalitions across governments and multilateral institutions, and translate opportunities into local impact.

You will lead strategic partnerships, advise on public-sector engagement, and drive funding access to support education systems in diverse contexts.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in government relations, public administration, development, international affairs, or closely related field.
• Experience working with government institutions, multilateral organizations, development organizations, or donor institutions.
• Proven experience supporting or leading grassroots and locally led organizations in developing public-sector engagement strategies, particularly in ASEAN contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global strategy for teacher workforce development, building coalitions across governments, multilateral organizations, philanthropy, researchers, and civil society.
• Advise network partners on government engagement strategies and public-sector relationships.
• Identify and access public and multilateral funding opportunities to support organizational sustainability.
• Support partners in expanding opportunities to place fellows and engage with education systems worldwide.
• Generate and share practical learning, evidence, and tools that strengthen public-sector engagement across the network.
• Represent the organization in global and regional conversations and contribute thought leadership on education policy and systems change.
