UnboundEd is seeking a Regional Director to cultivate partnerships with school and district leaders, expanding our program engagements. This remote role requires up to 40% travel to support meetings and events, and offers a clear path for impact in high-need communities.

You will lead territory plans, advise districts, maintain a strong pipeline, and collaborate across teams to deliver high‑quality professional learning that meets educators' needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience required; preference for supervisory, sales, or large-scale project leadership background.
• Proven quota attainment that exceeds $2 million annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead partnership development and strategic account management across districts and schools.
• Develop territory growth plans aligned with revenue goals and targets.
• Provide strategic consulting to district partners to meet instructional objectives.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and manage accounts in CRM.
• Meet or exceed revenue goals and drive customer engagement.

Education

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
