Job summary

Parexel is actively seeking a remote-based Data Manager Lead / Data Manager II to provide technical leadership across Data Management for assigned studies, ensuring quality and timeliness while coordinating with cross-functional teams globally.

The role oversees data delivery milestones, mentors junior staff, and ensures adherence to ICH/GCP and trial procedures. Travel as required to support studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or clinical field.
• 6+ years of hands-on Clinical Data Management experience.
• Experience with Medidata Rave and other DM systems.
• Proven experience leading project and program teams.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, CDISC/SDTM awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Data Management activities across global teams.
• Manage study data delivery timelines and Go-Live milestones.
• Identify risks, mitigate issues, and drive resolutions with stakeholders.
• Maintain inspection-ready Trial Master Files and support audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on sponsor metrics and reporting.
