Job summary

Parexel is seeking a remote Data Manager Lead / Data Manager II to join our team. This role provides technical leadership across Data Management and serves as the primary point of contact for assigned studies, ensuring contracted deliverables are met with quality and timeliness.

The Data Manager Lead/II will oversee timelines for Go-Live, interim deliveries, and Final Database Lock, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across global geographies to optimize study

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Clinical Data Management experience.
• Experience across startup, conduct, and closeout phases.
• Experience authoring standard Data Management documents.
• Hands on experience working in Medidata Rave.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Data Management delivery timelines including Go-Live, Interim Deliveries and Final Database Lock.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Biostatistics, Database Programming, Medical Writing and other stakeholders across global regions.
• Identify risks, mitigate issues and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Review study metrics and KPIs; ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
