Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Data Manager Lead / Data Manager II for a remote role based in the Continental US. You will provide technical DM leadership across studies, serving as the primary DM contact to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables and cross-functional coordination with global teams.

The role requires 6+ years of CLDM experience, expertise in Medidata Rave and related systems, and strong ICH-GCP knowledge.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Clinical Data Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Data Management activities across global teams.
• Manage study data delivery timelines including Go-Live and Final Database Lock.
• Review and ensure quality of DM deliverables and Sponsor metrics.
• Mentor Assistant Data Managers and DM peers.
• Prepare for audits and inspection readiness.
