Parexel is seeking a remote-based Data Manager Lead / Data Manager II to join our global Data Management team. You will provide technical leadership across all data management activities, manage study data delivery timelines, and serve as the primary DM contact for assigned studies.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with Clinical, Biostatistics, Programming, Medical Writing, and cross-functional teams across time zones, ensure inspection-ready TMFs, and drive QA compliance and sponsor

Qualificações

• Strong hands-on Data Management experience in clinical research.
• 6+ years of data management experience across studies and phases.
• Experience with DM systems (Rave/InForm) and regulatory standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional Data Management activities across global teams.
• Manage study data delivery timelines, Go-Live, and database lock.
• Ensure quality, timeliness, and inspection readiness of DM deliverables.
• Mentor Assistant Data Managers and peers as needed.
• Support audits, CAPAs, and sponsor metrics.
