Job summary

Parexel is seeking a remote Data Manager Lead / Data Manager II to provide technical leadership across Data Management for assigned studies and to ensure timely, high-quality data deliverables with global collaboration.

The role includes overseeing Go-Live, Interim Deliveries, and Final Database Lock, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines; travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a science or clinical field.
• 6+ years hands-on clinical data management experience.
• Experience across startup, conduct and closeout phases.
• Hands-on experience with DM systems like Medidata Rave and Veeva.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with global teams across time zones.
• Manage study data delivery timelines including Go-Live and Database Lock.
• Identify risks, mitigate issues, and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP and maintain inspection-ready TMF.
