Job summary

Parexel International is seeking a Data Manager Lead / Data Manager II for a remote role based in the Continental US. You will serve as the primary Data Management contact for studies, ensuring quality deliverables and timely timelines across global teams.

You will mentor junior staff, manage Go-Live, interim deliveries, and final database locks, and ensure compliance with ICH/GCP and sponsor contracts. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or clinical-related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on Clinical Data Management experience.
• Experience with Medidata Rave and data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional data management activities across global teams.
• Ensure on-time delivery of Data Management milestones and deliverables.
• Maintain inspection-ready Trial Master Files and support audits.
