Job summary

Parexel is hiring a remote based Data Manager Lead / Data Manager II to join our team. Location: Continental US.

The role provides technical expertise across all aspects of Data Management and serves as the primary DM contact for assigned studies, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams globally. You will manage study data delivery timelines (Go-Live, Interim Deliveries, Final DBL), mentor Assistant Data Managers, and support audits and

Qualifications

Experience in clinical data management and leading global teams.
Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
Experience with SDTM/CDISC/CDASH standards is preferred.
Hands-on work with Data Management systems (e.g., Medidata Rave) is required.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional data management activities across time zones and cultures.
Manage study data delivery timelines (Go-Live, interim deliveries, DBL).
Collaborate with clinical, statistics, programming, and medical teams worldwide.
Identify risks, define mitigations, and drive issue resolution with sponsors.
Prepare for audits and inspections and maintain inspection-ready TMF.
Mentor assistants and DM peers; contribute to process improvements.
