Parexel is hiring a Data Manager Lead / Data Manager II for a remote role focused on delivering high-quality data management deliverables across studies. You will guide cross-functional teams globally, manage data delivery timelines, and mentor junior data management staff as needed.

The role requires extensive data management experience, strong collaboration across functions, and adherence to ICH/GCP guidelines to ensure quality and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or clinical-related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on Clinical Data Management experience across all phases.
• Hands-on Data Management expertise with Medidata Rave.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Data Management teams across global regions.
• Manage study data delivery timelines (Go-Live, Interim, Final DB Lock).
• Collaborate with Clinical, Biostatistics, Programming, Medical, and other stakeholders.
• Review and manage Master Services Agreements, SLAs, and sponsor metrics.
• Identify risks, drive mitigation, and ensure inspection-ready Trial Master Files.
