Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Global Vertical Manager, Data Centers to own growth strategy, go-to-market and commercial performance for the SEF Data Center vertical across NA, Europe and Asia.

This remote role drives market strategy and field execution with hyperscale, colocation and enterprise customers. Based in North America, you will shape a multi-year roadmap, translate customer needs into value propositions, and lead fastening‑specific automation initiatives while coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Minimum 8-10 years in marketing, sales, product management or business development within industrial, engineered products or construction-adjacent markets.
• Deep knowledge of data center markets and customers, including hyperscale, colocation or data center construction ecosystems.
• Experience with engineered fastening applications and assembly automation.
• Track record of building growth strategies from market analysis to commercial plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Data Center vertical strategy across NA, EU and Asia with multi-year roadmaps.
• Lead go-to-market execution, demand generation and account targeting for hyperscale and enterprise customers.
• Translate field insights into future-state solutions and an innovation pipeline.
• Define regional plans that roll up to a single global number and manage vertical metrics and margins.
• Align with regional sales, product management, engineering, operations, marketing and finance.
