Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP in Denver seeks an experienced conflicts lawyer to join the US Compliance team. You will identify and mitigate conflicts of interest before matters or hires proceed, ensuring compliance with US and global standards.

The role includes supervising two Compliance Analysts, coordinating with global teams, and managing 15–30 active matters. Remote work from states with firm offices is allowed; on-call coverage and after-hours work are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in one or more US states.
• Strong knowledge of US conflicts rules preferred.
• Ability to supervise analysts and coordinate with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise on identification and resolution of conflicts of interest.
• Supervise workflows and outputs of at least two Compliance Analysts.
• Collaborate with management to resolve conflicts in new matters and hires.
• Maintain and analyze conflict databases and client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with global practice standards and regulatory requirements.
