Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise on identification and resolution of conflicts of interest.
• Supervise workflows and output of two Compliance Analysts.
• Coordinate with global compliance teams on joint matters.
• Manage a docket of 15–30 conflict matters at a time.
• Ensure adherence to firm standards on stock dealings and sanctions.
• Assist with policy questions related to confidentiality and privilege.
• Engage with senior management and partners across offices.
