Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking compliance attorneys to join the evergreen US Compliance Team. This role supports conflict-of-interest analysis, governance and supervision of junior analysts, across a global network with offices in the US, Australia, Canada, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

The position may be performed remotely from any state with an NRFB office. It requires work outside normal hours and a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with knowledge of US conflicts rules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise workflow and advise senior management.

Responsibilities

• Advise on conflicts of interest and related ethical considerations.
• Supervise the work of at least two Compliance Analysts and ensure timely output.
• Collaborate with global compliance teams across regions on conflict issues.
• Drive conflict matters to resolution and manage a docket of 15–30 outstanding matters.
