Canonical, the publisher of Ubuntu, is looking for a Global Head of Cloud Alliances to drive partnerships with public clouds. The role leads teams, shapes strategy, and scales open source solutions across regions.
You will collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing to deliver joint GTM initiatives and manage executive-level relationships. Based anywhere in the Americas or EMEA, the role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, travel for key events, and a focus on growing
Qualifications
- Academic excellence in high school and university.
- Undergraduate degree in a technical field.
- Strong leadership, communication and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel internationally for events and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Own Canonical's global cloud partner strategy and forecast bookings.
- Build cross-functional relationships to align tech and market execution.
- Inspire teams to drive revenue growth with cloud partners.
- Establish executive relationships for long-term mutual growth.
- Guide product management and marketing to scale cloud partnerships.
