Job summary

Canonical is seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect in the Alliances team to assist major partners like Intel and Google in adopting their open source platform. This is a remote role with opportunities for global collaboration and presentations for technical engagements.

Key responsibilities include architecting solutions on public clouds and overseeing the integration of software technologies. Ideal candidates will have extensive Linux experience, proficiency in cloud architecture, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Ceph, and software automation.
• Experience designing and implementing solutions on public or private clouds.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Architect cloud infrastructure solutions like Kubernetes and OpenStack.
• Help partners to architect joint solutions utilizing Canonical’s technologies.
• Prepare and run onboarding sessions/workshops with partners.
