Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in sales or lead generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong phone etiquette and persistence.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential clients by researching and qualifying leads.
• Conduct outbound calls and educate prospects about EOR services, schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
• Qualify leads and gather key information for potential clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation and pipeline strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to marketing on campaigns and opportunities for improvement.
• Keep up with industry trends to position EOR services effectively.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for processes.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings, and revenue.
