Job summary

Estoras Group of Companies, a Vancouver-based professional services group, is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across its global portfolio. This is a remote position with Canada-only eligibility and a commission-based compensation model.

You will pursue B2B, B2C, and franchise opportunities, grow existing accounts, and collaborate with project teams to ensure delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B, B2C, or franchise sales preferred in services or tech.
• Excellent networking and outreach skills, with a global reach.
• Ability to work independently in a commission-based role.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn for lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire new clients across Estoras Group companies.
• Sell services across portfolio to global clients including franchises.
• Develop relationships to drive upsell and new contracts/SOWs.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Record sales details in Zoho Projects for commissions.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and forecast sales activity.
