Job summary

Supabase is seeking a Billing Support Specialist to help shape our billing experience for a global customer base. You will own and respond to billing inquiries across multiple regions, partnering with the Billing Engineering team to resolve issues and improve workflows at scale.

The role emphasizes quick, clear communication, debugging of payment issues, and contributing to product improvements. A strong preference is given to candidates able to thrive in asynchronous, fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience providing billing support to technical customers.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Experience in async or globally distributed teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial and timely responses to billing inquiries and related topics.
• Debug/identify user-specific issues such as failed payments or unsettled invoices.
• Triage cases and direct users to appropriate resources or escalate to relevant teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal tooling and support workflows.
• Reproduce issues, create test cases, and improve test coverage where applicable.
