Qualifications

• 2+ years of billing support experience with technical customers.

• Provide initial and timely responses to support cases on billing, pre-sales, usage optimization, and disputes.
• Debug user-specific issues like failed payments and unsettled invoices.
• Triage cases and escalate to technical or business teams.
