Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve billing issues with clear explanations and timely follow-up.
• Prepare and process refunds and credits as part of daily billing activities.
• Issue customer invoices and assist with routine billing transactions and account changes.
• Help customers update billing information and maintain accurate records.
• Troubleshoot electronic payment failures and resolve unsuccessful transactions.
• Coordinate with Billing Manager and Accounting Team on billing questions and accuracy.
