Supabase is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Billing team. You will own the Billing roadmap, coordinate delivery across pricing, invoices, payments, taxation, dunning, and partner billing, and work with Stripe and other providers.

This role combines people leadership with technical influence in a remote-first, globally distributed environment, focusing on shipping reliable, scalable revenue systems and mentoring engineers to raise the bar on correctness and operational maturity.

Responsibilities

• Build a healthy, high-trust team culture in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.
• Run 1:1s, performance management, career development, and onboarding for your direct reports.
• Coach engineers working across backend application code, data pipelines, external integrations, and operational workflows.
• Build durable ownership across the team so critical billing knowledge, access, and incident response do not depend on one person.
• Handle people administration, including leave and time off, for your team.
