Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Benefits Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day administration of US and global benefits programs. You will partner with leadership, brokers, carriers, and vendors to strengthen administration, improve service delivery, and support an evolving total rewards strategy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive benefits administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of US health and welfare benefits, ERISA, ACA, COBRA, Section 125, HSA/FSA, and 401(k) operations.
• Proven strategic and operational judgment in evaluating complex issues.
• Experience managing brokers, carriers, and benefits vendors.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation.
• Exceptional communication skills for translating complex benefits information.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of US health benefits, including enrollments and terminations.
• Manage benefits ticket intake, resolution, and trend analysis.
• Maintain relationships with brokers and vendors, with a focus on performance and service levels.
• Develop and evolve global benefits strategy in partnership with leadership.
• Lead global benefits education programs to improve employee understanding.
• Design and manage employee perks and well-being programs.
• Ensure benefits processes are accurate, repeatable, and auditable.
• Continuously improve benefits programs using data and feedback.
