Ladders is seeking a Senior Director, Benefits to own the global benefits vision and multi-year strategy for a complex international portfolio. This senior leader partners with executive leadership to align programs with business objectives, market trends, compliance, and employee needs in a remote, enterprise-wide setting.

The role emphasizes governance, financial stewardship, and organizational change, with responsibilities across leave, accommodations, vendor negotiations, and cost planning,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years in progressive HR roles, including 12+ years in global benefits strategy.
• Proven experience advising executives and leading complex vendor negotiations.
• Deep expertise in global health, welfare, leave, retirement, and accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the global vision and multi-year strategy for the benefits portfolio.
• Translate corporate strategy into global benefits objectives and policies.
• Lead the global benefits team, setting priorities and ensuring execution accountability.
• Advise executive leadership on market trends and program risks.
• Manage global benefits financial strategy and long-range cost planning.
• Define governance and compliance frameworks for global benefits programs.
• Set strategic direction for leave and accommodations to ensure compliance and equity.
