• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of benefits analysts overseeing global benefits operations
• Design and administer benefit plans, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
• Conduct thorough audits and maintain accurate reporting of benefit programs
• Investigate and recommend improvements for benefit programs
• Analyze changes in country laws affecting benefits and adjust plans accordingly
• Lead the implementation of wellbeing and mental health strategies
